The famous Port of New York passenger ship docks on the Hudson River, back in 1957 showing seven transatlantic liners: RMS BRITANNIC, Cunard White Star, the magnificent QUEEN MARY of 1936, the RMS MAURETANIA of 1939, all Cunarders, the French Line FLANDRE, later to become Costa Line's CARLA C in 1968, followed by Greek Line's flagship OLYMPIA, the UNITED STATES and one of the American Export Line's sisters, the CONSTITUTION or INDEPENDENCE.
